OUR PROGRAMS
Come learn with us!
As part of our outreach and education efforts, we offer a variety of ways to get involved in our research and conservation projects. Depending on what your interests are, you can find a program that works for you!

CORAL NURSERY MAINTENANCE WORKSHOP
Join us for a day of nursery maintenance!
During this time you will learn about the history of our project and the importance and need for restoration globally. We also cover the process of maintaining a coral nursery, and monitoring the fragments we are growing.
In addition, you will learn about the various methodologies used in restoration efforts. The day ends with a visit to one of our nursery sites where you will be conducting our routine maintenance alongside our team of scientists and other volunteers!

CORAL SPECIALIST TRAINING
Live on our research center for anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks with our coral restoration scientists learning about coral restoration methodologies, providing regular maintenance to our nursery sites, helping to outplant corals back onto the reef, and monitoring these outplanted corals and monitoring the health of the reef.
During the 4-week program, you will be able to carry out a research project of interest to you. We do not require a scientific or marine biology background to participate in this project!
